Welcome message

On May 18, 2022, at the Cinder General Assembly held in Oporto, Portugal, Costa Rica was approved as the venue for the XXIII IPRA-CINDER 2024 Congress to be held on December 4, 5 and 6, 2024 at the National Convention Center, located in the province of Heredia.

This Congress will allow an exchange of knowledge and experiences to establish international networks and alliances, in order to strengthen the services provided by registries to citizens. The registry work is a daily challenge, which should motivate the search for constant improvement.

Therefore, an invitation is extended to all registrars and professionals from the 89 Cinder member countries around the world.

Congress participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauties that the country has to offer.

These Regulations establish the internal rules that govern the celebration of the XXIII International Congress on Registration Law, to be held in Costa Rica, San José, on 4, December 5 and 6, 2024.

Deadlines for abstract submission:
From February 15 to February 15 June

Deadline for acceptance of abstracts:
July 1

Deadline for submission of final papers:
from July 01 to July 1 October

Deadline for acceptance of final papers:
October 15

Deadline for submission of presentation and, if applicable, PowerPoint:
from October 16 to October 15 November

Place of the congress

The Costa Rica Convention Center (CCCR) is a state-of-the-art, environmentally responsible architectural work inspired by the biodiversity, culture and authenticity of Costa Rica. Its design was conceived to generate unique experiences for visitors within a sustainable, modern and versatile space.
