The structure of the IPRA-CINDER Congress leaves open the possibility for registered congress participants, who so wish, to present their papers related to one of the two thematic areas to be developed at the congress:

 

  • The Registry of the 21st Century: opportunities and challenges.
    New needs and new legal, organizational and legal challenges technological.
  • Maritime-terrestrial zone registration. Prohibitions and limitations imposed for the maritime-terrestrial public domain. Historic enclaves and easements. Contribution from the land registry to the protection of the environment. Agenda 2030.

 

The papers presented will be reviewed and evaluated by the Scientific Commission, which is made up of a panel of recognized experts who give their technical criteria, choose the papers that will be presented by the speakers during the days of the congress and those that will be included in the congress report. event so that the coordinators of the commission to build the final program.
