To participate in the IPRA-CINDER 2024 congress in San José, Costa Rica.Rica; you must meet one of the following following requirements:
- To be a member of IPRA-CINDER in any of its categories.
- To be invited by the General Secretariat and the organizing entity.
As an individual:
- Must have a university degree in law-related subjects or perform legal or technical functions related to registry matters.
- Not to exceed the maximum number of participants to the congress.
You can participate in the congress in three categories:
- As a congressman
- As delegation chairman
- As a speaker
From March 1, 2024 you will be able to register for the congress through the website.
