Registration information

They will be able to participate in the Congress:
IPRA-CINDER members in all categories; those invited by the General Secretariat and the organizing entity, and all those persons or institutions that comply with the registration requirements.

In the case of natural persons, the conditions for admission shall be as follows:
a) Hold a university degree in law-related subjects or perform legal or technical functions related to registry matters.
b) Not to exceed the maximum number of participants.

Note: Payments must be received within the deadlines indicated; otherwise, the subsequent rate will be applied automatically.

Cancellation policies

  • Receipt of written cancellation by June 30, 2024: a full refund of the registration fee will be granted, less a fee of $35.
  • Receipt of written cancellation from July 01 to October 15, 2024: a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be granted.
  • Receipt of written cancellation on or after October 16, 2024: no refund of the registration fee will be granted.
  • All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the congress organizers by e-mail: [email protected].
  • Any bank charges incurred in the refund process of a cancelled registration will be charged to the participant.
